研究复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的价值

摘　　要：目的研究复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的价值。方法选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月接治的70例确诊为青光眼的患者作为调研的样本,抽取其治疗数据,按照随机抽签方式将患者分为2个组别。对照组35例,采取常规小梁切除术予以治疗,研究组患者35例,给予复合式小梁切除术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组患者术后前房情况、视力水平、术后各个时间段的眼压情况、治疗后并发症发生率以及治疗满意度。结果研究组患者术后前房情况要优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组视力提高为80.00%,视力未变化为14.29%,视力下降为5.71%;对照组视力提高为48.57%,视力未变化为34.29%,视力下降为17.14%,研究组视力水平要优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者,在术后的眼压对比中,从多个时间段进行了分析,可见结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.71%,对照组为37.14%,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗满意度为97.14%,对照组患者治疗满意度为77.14%,研究组满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对青光眼患者予以复合式小梁切除术治疗,其治疗效果较为显著,有助于改善患者的眼压水平和视力水平,同时针对临床症状进行缓解,改善预后效果,在一定程度上预防了并发症,提高手术的成功率,并提升了患者对手术治疗的满意度,并且复合式小梁切除术简单操作,具有较高的安全性,更加符合临床患者的治疗需求。Objective To study the value of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods Select 70 glaucoma patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as the research objects,and divide them into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the study group and the control group.35 patients in the control group were treated with conventional trabeculectomy,and 35 patients in the study group were treated with compound trabeculectomy.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed,and the postoperative anterior chamber and visual acuity of the two groups were compared.Vision Level,intraocular pressure at various postoperative time periods,complication rate after treatment,and treatment satisfaction.Results After the two groups of patients passed the treatment.The postoperative anterior chamber condition of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the visual acuity improved to 80.00%,the visual acuity unchanged was 14.29%,the visual acuity decreased to 5.71%.The visual acuity of the control group improved by 48.57%,the visual acuity unchanged was 34.29%;the visual acuity decreased by 17.14%.It can be seen that the visual acuity of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the intraocular pressure of the study group was lower at all time periods after surgery in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 5.71%,and the complication rate in the control group was 37.14%.It can be seen that the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The treatment satisfaction of patients in the study group was 97.14%,and the satisfaction of patients in the control group was 77.14%.The treatment satisfaction data of the two groups showed that the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trabeculectomy treatment has a significant therapeutic e
