摘  要:黄炎培是我国近现代著名的爱国主义者和教育家,是我国近代职业教育的创始人和理论家。本文从与炎培精神结“缘”、与炎培职教思想结“识”、传承创新炎培思想结“果”三个方面,讲述了黄炎培创办中华职业教育社、创刊《教育与职业》、创建中华职业学校,梳理阐释了黄炎培职教思想精髓,并分析其当代价值。借此,文章从传承“建教合作”,构建“大职业教育”;传承“对群义务”,构建“适应性职业教育”;传承“学战”思想,构建“国际化职业教育”三个维度,论述了传承转化、创新发展黄炎培职教思想,推进中国职教理论EPIP教学模式、中国职教品牌鲁班工坊项目实践的成功探索。Huang Yanpei is a famous patriot and educator in modern China.He is the founder and theorist of modern vocational education in China.From cognizing,identifying,inheriting and innovating Yanpei's vocational education thought,the Article tells the story of the Founding of The National Association of Vocational Education of China,founding the periodical-education and career,building Chinese vocational school,explores the essence of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,and analyzes its contemporary value.From the inheritance of"the cooperation between construction and education"to the construction of"great vocational education",the inheritance of"the obligation to group"to the construction of"adaptive vocational education"and the inheritance of"the Academic Argument"to the construction of"international vocational education",the article discusses the inheritance,transformation,innovation and development of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,EPIP teaching mode of Chinese vocational education and the practice of Luban Workshop.
