摘　　要：理念是可以传播的,理解是传播的前提。为使人类命运共同体理念更具解释力、公信力和吸引力,哲学层面的相关研究不可或缺,尤其需要反思其哲学基础,澄清和阐明其三大理论来源:马克思主义哲学的人的“类”本质论、世界历史观和“自由人的联合体”思想;中国哲学的“和而不同”“万物一体”论和天下观念;西方哲学的一多关系论和世界主义思想。新理念具有人类生存的现实、全球治理的方略、社会发展的目标等多重分散维度,亦具有事实描述和价值判断两层内涵。在中国马克思主义哲学的视域中反思新理念并使其现实化具有首要的理论意义。Ideas can be transmitted,and understanding is the premise of communication.In order to make the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind more explanatory,credible and attractive,it is indispensable to study it at the philosophical level.In particular,it is necessary to reflect on its philosophical foundation and clarify its three theoretical sources:Marxist theory of human species-being,view of world history and thought of"an association of free men";Chinese philosophy of"harmony in diversity","all things are one"and the concept of the world;and the theory of one-many-relations and cosmopolitanism in Western philosophy.The new ideas have multiple dimensions such as the reality of human existence,the strategy of global governance and the goal of development.It also has two connotations,namely,factual description and value judgment.It is of primary theoretical significance to reflect on the new ideas and make them realistic from the perspective of Chinese Marxist philosophy.
