摘　　要：《中国药典》2020年版新增通则<3429>免疫化学法。为更好地理解通则,本文从通则的新增背景、起草过程、国内外药典比较、通则内容解读以及本法在生物制品质量控制中的应用几个方面进行简述,旨在为本通则的顺利实施提供应用指南。<3429>The section Immunochemical Methods has been adopted as a new general chapter in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020.To better understand this general chapter,this paper briefly describes the background,drafting process,comparison of domestic and foreign pharmacopoeias,interpretation of the general chapter and application of the methods in the quality control of biological products.That aims to provide an application guide for the successful implementation of the general chapter.
