摘  要:为研究既有衬砌结构对近距离在建隧道爆破的动力响应规律,确保既有隧道结构的安全,依托某三车道大断面扩建隧道工程,采用现场测试与数值模拟方法对既有衬砌结构的振速及应力响应进行分析。结果表明:现场测试与数值模拟合振速曲线基本吻合,振速峰值相对误差仅为4.37%,数值模拟能准确揭示现场爆破的振动响应;爆破荷载作用下既有衬砌迎爆侧峰值振速明显大于背爆侧,约为其4~7倍,最大峰值振速主要集中在迎爆侧边墙位置,且主要以水平径向振速为主;迎爆侧边墙位置振速随着爆心距的增大而减小,距离爆破中心断面(1~2)D范围内各向振速存在较大差异;既有衬砌应力与振速分布规律基本一致,建立了两者之间的线性拟合关系,确定既有衬砌的安全振速阈值为9.87 cm/s。To study the dynamic response law of the existing lining structure to nearby blasting operation for a new tunnel,and ensure the safety of the existing tunnel structure,the vibration velocity and stress response of the existing lining structure were analyzed by field tests and numerical simulation based on a three lane large section tunnel expansion project.The results show 4 aspects:First,the resultant vibration velocity curves of field tests and numerical simulation are basically consistent,with only 4.37%relative error of vibration velocity peak,which means that the numerical simulation can accurately reveal the vibration response of site blasting.Second,the peak value of vibration velocity on the tunnel sidewall of the existing lining facing the blasting is 4 to 7 times as large as that of the tunnel sidewall facing away from the blasting,and the maximum vibration velocity peak value mainly concentrates on the tunnel sidewall facing the blasting,appearing mainly in the horizontal radial vibration.Third,the vibration velocity of the sidewall decreases with the increase of the distance from the blasting center,and there is a big difference in each direction within the range of(1-2)D from the blasting center section.Forth,the distribution laws of stress and vibration velocity of the existing lining are basically consistent,and by establishing the linear fitting relationship between them,the safe vibration velocity threshold of the existing lining is determined to be 9.87 cm/s.
