摘 要:为探究不同油相配比对现场混装乳胶基质黏度及爆轰参数的影响,通过光学显微镜、激光粒度仪、数字黏度计观察测量了6种乳胶基质样品的微观结构、内相液滴粒径、黏度,采用B-W法计算6种样品的爆热、爆容、爆速。研究结果表明,在其他组分确定情况下,使用质量分数为1.5%的柴油,4%的机油制备的5^(#)乳胶基质在35~50℃时黏度在2.5×10^(5)~3.0×10^(5) mPa·s,符合现场混装要求且理论爆轰参数最佳;内相液滴直径越小、均匀,乳胶基质黏度越大;1^(#)~6^(#)样品的理论爆热、爆速、爆容随着机油占比的增多而增大。In order to investigate the effects of different oil phase ratios on the viscosity and detonation parameters of on-site mixed emulsion matrix,the microstructure,particle size and viscosity of the internal phase droplets of six emulsion matrix samples were observed and measured by optical microscope,laser particle size analyzer and digital viscometer.The detonation heat,detonation capacity and detonation velocity of the samples were calculated by B-W method.The results show that when the other components are determined,the viscosity of the 5^(#)emulsion matrix prepared by 1.5% diesel and 4% machine oil ranges from 2.5×10^(5) to 3.0×10^(5) mPa·s at 35 to 50℃,which meets the requirements of on-site mixing and has the best theoretical detonation parameters.The smaller and evener of the droplet diameter is,the greater the viscosity of emulsion matrix is.The theoretical detonation heats,detonation velocities and detonation capacities of 1^(#)-6^(#)samples increase with the rising of oil proportion.
