摘 要:分析成型滑动叉原工艺的不足,设计新的锻造工艺,将2个锻件叉口处对合,合体锻件变为形状简单、无叉口的长轴类形状,采用整体合锻方式模锻成形,使终锻由原1模1件变为1模2件,解决了原工艺生产中出现的锻造质量问题,可降低锻造成本,为同类锻件的工艺及工装设计提供一定的参考。The disadvantages of previous forming process of sliding fork were analysed, and the new forging process was designed. The two forging forks were pieced together, the structure of fit forgings was simple and it was long axial shape with no fork. The final forging was changed from 1part to 2 parts by using the split forging method, the forging quality problem in the previous production was solved, which could reduce the cost of forging and provid reference for the process and tooling design of similar forging.
