摘  要:对锂电池组的散热冷却方式进行了总结与分析。电池组的冷却方式有空冷、液冷、相变冷却和热管冷却,以及将单一冷却方式耦合使用的复合散热冷却方式。空冷与液冷的冷却效果主要取决于其流道的结构、数量、流速等因素;相变冷却效果主要依赖于组成相变材料的成分;热管冷却方式有着高效的散热效率和散热速度;复合散热冷却方法有热管-空冷、热管-液冷、热管-PCM等耦合方式。The heat dissipation and cooling methods of lithium battery packs are summarized and analyzed. The cooling methods of the battery pack include air cooling, liquid cooling, phase change cooling and heat pipe cooling, as well as a combined heat dissipation cooling method that combines a single cooling method. The cooling effect of air cooling and liquid cooling mainly depends on the structure, quantity, flow rate and other factors of the flow channel;the phase change cooling effect mainly depends on the composition of the phase change material;the heat pipe cooling method has efficient heat dissipation efficiency and heat dissipation speed;composite heat dissipation cooling methods include heat pipe-air cooling, heat pipe-liquid cooling, heat pipe-PCM and other coupling methods.
