摘  要:针对电子商务背景下类球状小颗粒农产品精确高效定量连续称重的需求,设计了一种类球状小颗粒农产品连续输送自动分流定包装称重计量系统,通过步进电机间接控制高弹性橡胶下料空心滚筒,实现了类球状小颗粒农产品的高效精准计量称重试验系统。针对小颗粒农产品精确计量包装的要求,采取了一种连续快速下料和点动补偿下料相结合的下料方式,并在连续快速下料过程引入迭代学习控制,有效减少了点动补偿下料次数,提高了称重效率。以冬枣为试验物料在试验台进行了定包装称重计量试验。试验表明,所研制的定包装称重计量系统点动补偿下料次数可控制在3次以下,90%以上的定包装称重计量精度可控制在设定重量±1个冬枣。Aiming at the demand of accurate, efficient, quantitative and continuous weighing of quasi spherical small particle agricultural products based on the background of e-commerce, an automatic shunt quantitative weighing system for continuous transportation of small spherical agricultural products was designed. High-precision and quantitative weighing of spherical small-particle agricultural products is realized by indirect control of high-elastic rubber blanking hollow drum with stepping motor. For quantitative batching, a continuous and point-driven feeding method is designed. Iterative learning control is introduced in continuous blanking process to improve weighing efficiency by effectively reducing the number of times of clicking and discharging. Quantitative weighing test is carried out on test bench with winter jujube as test material. The test shows that the number of inching batching can be controlled at about 3 times, and more than 90% of the accuracy can be controlled within the set weight ±1 winter jujube.
