摘  要:针对先进高强钢冲压成形后回弹现象,运用Dynaform软件建立U型件拉弯成形有限元仿真模型,采用正交试验设计与灰色关联度相结合的优化方法,分析不同工艺参数对先进高强钢冲压成形回弹的影响程度,确定回弹主要影响因素为压边力、冲压速度和摩擦系数,获得最优参数组合。将优化过后的工艺参数在Dynaform中再次模拟,结果显示回弹量仅为0.965°,回弹得到有效控制,提升了板料成形质量。Aiming at the springback phenomenon of advanced high-strength steel stamping forming, the finite element simulation model of U-shape stretch bending forming was established by using Dynaform software. The influence of different process parameters on springback of advanced high-strength steel stamping forming was analyzed by using the optimization method of orthogonal experimental design and grey correlation degree. The main influencing factors of springback were determined as blank holder force, stamping speed and friction coefficient, to obtain the optimal parameters combination. The optimized process parameters are simulated again in Dynaform,and the results show that the springback is only 0.965°, which is effectively controlled and the sheet metal forming quality is improved.
