摘　　要：为推进大型装备制造业国有企业现代化治理,对大型装备制造业国有企业总部建设进行探索,基于领导班子建设与健全法人治理结构相结合,基层党建和党员队伍建设与人力资源管理相结合,党风廉政建设与严格企业风险管控相结合,思想政治建设与加强企业文化建设相结合的思想,根据大型装备制造业国有企业实际,提出党务部门和业务部门“关联组建”思路,采用大部中心制对各职能部门进行整合,为大型装备制造业国有企业高质量发展提供有力支撑。In order to promote the modernized governance of the state-owned enterprise in large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,the construction of the state-owned enterprise headquarters in large-scale equipment manufacturing industry was explored.Based on the combination of leadership team building and sound corporate governance structure,the combination of grassroot party building/party member team building and human resource management,the combination of party style and clean government building and strict enterprise risk management&control,the combination of ideological&political building and strengthened construction of corporate culture,according to the actual situation of the state-owned enterprise in large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,the idea of related establishment of party affair department and business department was proposed.The major department was taken as the center to integrate various functional departments to provide strong support for the high-quality development of the state-owned enterprise in large-scale equipment manufacturing industry.
