摘　　要：为解决现有复合木门门板全自动生产线的转向需求,实现对定制木门加工过程中的不同转向角度的精准化控制,设计了一种自动门板转向装置。该装置可实现高精度、高速度的木门门板90°~270°转向,并可自动将加工到不同阶段的门板输出至不同工段。该装置与现有生产线适配性好,转向精度高。An automatic door panel steering device was designed to solve the steering needs of the existing fully automatic production line of composite wood door panels and to achieve precise control of different steering angles during the processing of customized wood doors.The device can realize 90°~270°steering of wooden door panels with high precision and speed,and can automatically output the panels processed to different stages to different work sections.The device features good adaptability with existing production lines and high steering accuracy.
