摘  要:林业工厂化育苗是实现快速造林的重要手段,在低碳环保可持续发展的理念下,育苗容器是否环保十分重要。无纺布育苗杯是一种可降解的环保型育苗容器,传统的人工无纺布焊接制杯效率低下,严重制约着育苗杯的生产发展,开展无纺布育苗杯机械化焊接研究具有重要的现实意义。通过对2RBW-1500型育苗杯制杯机械结构中的连杆机构、凸轮机构以及机械手进行设计和计算校核,验证制杯机结构设计的合理性。Forestry industrialized seedling raising is an important means to realize rapid afforestation.Under the concept of low-carbon,environmental protection and sustainable development,whether the seedling container is environmentally friendly is very important.The non-woven seedling cup is a degradable environment-friendly seedling container.The traditional artificial non-woven welded cup has low efficiency,which seriously restricts the production development of the seedling cup.The research on the mechanized welding of non-woven seedling cups has important practical significance.In this paper,the rationality of the structural design of the cup making machine was verified by designing,calculating and checking the connecting rod mechanism,cam mechanism and manipulator in the mechanical structure of 2RBW-1500 seedling cup making machine.
