摘 要:地表水监测站选址属于一项难度较高的空间优化问题,选址合理与否直接影响到地表水监测效果,为此提出面向非点源污染治理的地表水监测站智能选址方法。使用CKRPSO算法求解地表水监测站智能选址的目标函数,获取面向非点源污染治理的地表水监测站智能选址最优解。经测试,该方法使用后,按照该方法选址结果建立地表水监测站后,对面向非点源污染治理的地表水监测时间最小值低于0.5 min,地表水监测站数量是20个时的有效监测率高达90%,且污水出流量、可监测非点源污染面积的监测结果与实际情况相符,选址合理。Site selection for surface water monitoring station is a difficult spatial optimization problem.A suitable location directly affects the effect of surface water monitoring.Therefore,an intelligent site selection method of surface water monitoring station for non-point source pollution control is proposed.Ckrpso algorithm is used to solve the objective function of intelligent location of surface water monitoring stations.The optimal solution of intelligent location of surface water monitoring stations for non-point source pollution control is obtained.After the method is used,the minimum value of surface water monitoring time facing non-point source pollution treatment is less than 0.5min.The effective monitoring rate is as high as 90%when the number of surface water monitoring stations is 20.The monitoring results of sewage discharge and non-point source pollution area are consistent with the actual situation,and the site selection is reasonable.
