摘　　要：在“十四五”建设期,将积极推进生态旅游发展,在“两山理论”的指导下,坚定不移地贯彻落实“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的全新发展理念,积极推进绿色经济的高质量发展,有效促进社会发展与生态环境的和谐共处,实现人与自然和谐共生的绿色发展目标。文章围绕生态旅游规划与旅游业可持续发展展开研究,阐述生态旅游规划内涵,针对生态旅游规划与旅游业在可持续发展中面临的主要问题,基于实践层面提出建设策略,以期促进中国生态旅游业的高质量发展,为生态文明建设提供助力。China plans to actively promote the development of eco-tourism during the 14th five-year plan.The country aims to implement the new development concept of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”under the guidance of the“two mountain theory”in order to promote high-quality development of green economy.It plans to effectively promote the harmonious coexistence of social development and ecological environment,and realize the green development goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.This paper focuses on eco-tourism planning and sustainable development of tourism,expounding the connotation of eco-tourism planning.It puts forward construction strategies based on the practical level in view of the main problems faced by eco-tourism planning and tourism in sustainable development in order to promote the high-quality development of China's eco-tourism and provide assistance for the construction of ecological civilization.
