从出版视角看年鉴编纂中的常见问题——基于民族地区、经济欠发达地区情况分析  

Common Problems on Yearbook Compilation from the Perspective of Publication——Based on the Analysis of Ethnic Minority Areas and Economic Less-Developed Areas

摘　　要：为贯彻落实《全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015—2020年)》有关要求,中国地方志指导小组办公室实施民族地区与贫困地区年鉴资助工程,前后资助出版年鉴90部,为到2020年底如期实现“两全目标”作出了重要贡献。笔者结合全程参与该工程图书出版特别是责编出版25部资助年鉴的审读经历,梳理和总结了民族地区年鉴在结构设置、条目编写、大事记编写、图片设计以及内容编校等五大方面存在的共性问题,并提出相关对策建议。To implement the requirements of the Outline of National Development Plan for Local Chronicles(2015-2020), the Office of the China Local Chronicles Steering Group organized the yearbook funding project for ethnic minority areas and economic less-developed areas, and has funded the publication of altogether 90yearbooks, which did a great contribution to the due accomplishment of the “Two Complete Goals” scheduled to be achieved by the end of 2020. The author has participated in the whole process of yearbook publication for the project, and reviewed 25 yearbooks funded by the project as the editor in charge. Based on this experience,the author sorts out and summarizes five common problems in yearbook publication in ethnic minority areas in yearbook structure design, drafting of the catalogue, compilation of memorabilia, picture design, and content editing and proofreading, and proposes solutions and recommendations.
