摘  要:“双一流”建设背景下,如何把握时代机遇、找准发展路径,是我国众多行业特色大学能否更好服务国家及行业需求的关键。民航行业特色大学具有行业性强、应用性强的特点.基于学科发展基本规律与国外高水平民航特色大学的发展经验.我国民航行业特色大学要强调学术逻辑,重视学科人才队伍建设.教学与科研两翼齐飞.打造高峰学科、建立品牌专业;围绕特色和核心竞争力打造优势学科群.将行业背景与区域经济发展需求相结合,建立产学研长效机制,加强跨校科教合作。Under the “Double World-Class”Initiative,how to seize opportunities of the times and find the right path for development,is the key for the industry-featured universities to better service n ational and in dustrial demands.Having strong in dustrial affiliation and application・civil aviation featured universities in China should follow the laws of disciplinary development and draw on experience of foreign counterparts:to create disciplinary summits and set up brand specialties through observing the academic logics to lay emphasis on building academic faculty as well as place equal importance to both teaching and scientific research;to forge disciplinary clusters of superiority revolving around the distinguish feature and core competitiveness through taking full consideration of industrial background and local economic development,establishing a long-term industry-university-research mechanism,and promoting intercollegiate cooperation in scientific research.
