健脾祛湿汤联合奥沙利铂与替吉奥治疗大肠癌术后患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾祛湿汤联合奥沙利铂与替吉奥治疗大肠癌术后患者的疗效。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月于葫芦岛市中心医院肿瘤科住院治疗的大肠癌术后患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与联合组,各30例。常规组:对30例患者进行奥沙利铂85 mg/m^(2)静脉滴注治疗,1次/2周,此为1个疗程,治疗10~12个疗程;替吉奥,体表面积小于1.25 m^(2)予以40 mg/次,体表面积在1.25~1.5 m^(2)予以50 mg/次,体表面积大于1.5 m^(2)予以60 mg/次,2次/d。替吉奥口服14 d停7 d,此为1个疗程,治疗5~6个疗程。联合组:对30例患者进行化疗药物(具体用药方法同常规组)联合健脾祛湿汤治疗,1剂/d,分别于早餐前、晚餐后口服,口服健脾祛湿汤2个月。比较两组患者治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物、排便功能、肠道功能及治疗有效率。结果治疗后,两组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、便感评分较治疗前降低,排便质状评分、肠道功能评分较治疗前升高,且联合组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗有效率为90.00%,常规组治疗有效率为66.67%,联合组明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿汤联合奥沙利铂、替吉奥治疗具有提高机体免疫力、降低相应肿瘤标志物水平、抗肿瘤、激发益生菌活性、稳定肠道菌群平衡状态、修复肠黏膜等作用,缓解大肠癌术后患者便秘、排便困难、疼痛等不适。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Qushi Decoction combined with oxaliplatin and tigio in the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Huludao Central Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a conventional group and a combined group,with 30 cases in each group.A total of 30 patients were treated with oxaliplatin 85 mg/m^(2) intravenously,once every 2 weeks,this was a course of treatment,and the treatment was 10 to 12 courses;Sigio,with a body surface area of less than 1.25 m^(2),was given 40 mg/m^(2).50 mg/time for body surface area of 1.25-1.5 m2,60 mg/time for body surface area greater than 1.5 m^(2),2 times/d.Oral administration of Sigirone for 14 d for 7 d,this was a course of treatment,5 to 6 courses of treatment.A total of 30 patients were treated with chemotherapeutic drugs(the specific medication method was the same as that of the routine group)combined with Jianpi Qushi Decoction,1 dose/d,orally before breakfast and after dinner respectively,and Jianpi Qushi Decoction was orally administered orally for 2 months.The serum tumor markers,defecation function,intestinal function and treatment efficiency were compared between the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the CEA level,CA199 level,and stool sensation score of the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group decreased compared with before treatment,and the bowel quality score and bowel function score increased compared with that before treatment,and the combined treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the combined treatment group was 90.00%,the effective rate of the conventional treatment group was 66.67%,and the combined treatment group was significantly greater than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qushi Decoction combined with oxaliplatin and tigio treatment can improve
