摘  要:针对铝合金覆盖件冷冲压成形过程中存在成形性差及尺寸精度控制难度大等共性问题,以铝合金车门外板冲压件为研究对象,开发了拉延及翻边模具。通过开展铝合金板材力学性能试验,获取了实际材料性能参数,并利用CAE分析技术与光学检测技术开展研究。结果表明,在工艺条件相同的情况下,铝合金车门外板零件较钢质车门易于开裂,且回弹量更大。在材料参数准确的前提下,CAE分析技术可准确地预测实际零件的开裂缺陷、模具型面符型以及回弹状态,因此可用于工艺优化与回弹补偿。光学检测技术可准确获取实际零件的应变状态与尺寸偏差,有助于验证CAE分析结果。Aiming at the common problems such as poor formability and difficulty of dimensional precision control in the cold stamping process of aluminum alloy covering parts,taking the aluminum alloy auto outer door panel stamping parts as research objects,the drawing and flanging tools were developed.The actual material performance parameters were obtained through the mechanical property tests of aluminum alloy panel,and the reseach was carried out by using CAE analysis technology and optical inspection technology.The results show that the aluminum alloy auto outer door panel is more prone to crack than steel auto outer door panel,and the springback is greater under the same process conditions.On the premise of precise material paramters,the CAE analysis technology can accurately predict the cracking defect of actual parts,fittability of die surface and springback state.Therefore,it can be used for process optimization and springback compensation.Optical inspection technology can accurately gain the strain state and dimensional deviation of acutal parts,which helps to verify the CAE analysis results.
