高校学风建设现状及实效性提升策略研究

摘　　要：学风是学校的立校之本,是学校精神面貌的显现。学风的形成是各种力量综合作用的结果,如学校的管理、教师队伍的素质以及学生素质等。调查显示,普通高校学风总体上是好的,但也存在一些需要重视与改进的问题。高校必须充分认识优良学风对于学校发展、学生成长的重要意义,高度重视优良学风建设。对此,提出高校学风建设应统一部署、形成合力、严格教师与学生管理等实效性建议。The style of study is the foundation of the school and the manifestation of the school spirit. The formation of study style is the result of the comprehensive action of various forces, such as school management, the quality of teachers and students. The survey shows that the style of study in colleges and universities is generally good, but there are also some problems that need to be paid attention to and improved.Colleges and universities must fully understand the significance of good study style for school development and students’ growth, and attach great importance to the construction of good study style. In this regard, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions on the construction of study style in colleges and universities, such as unified deployment, forming joint forces, and strict management of teachers and students.
