不同睑缘位置睫毛毛囊蠕形螨检出情况的研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同睑缘位置睫毛根部毛囊蠕形螨检出情况。方法研究对象为2020年1月福建省新招录消防员340名,随机分为3组:内侧组(108名)、中央组(115名)及外侧组(117名),根据组别不同,分别拔取左眼上下睑睫毛各3根,共计6根,在光学显微镜下查找蠕形螨并计数。6根睫毛中存在任一虫期的毛囊蠕形螨则为阳性。采用χ^(2)检验进行各数据间的比较。结果在340名受检者中,共有51名蠕形螨检查阳性,检出率为15.00%;阳性者中,上睑阳性率为70.59%(36/51),下睑阳性率为33.33%(17/51),毛囊蠕形螨上睑阳性率高于下睑,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在内侧组的108名受检者中,16名毛囊蠕形螨检查阳性,阳性率为14.81%;在外侧组的117名受检者中,12名毛囊蠕形螨检查阳性,阳性率为10.26%;中央组阳性率最高,115名受检者中,23名毛囊蠕形螨检查阳性,阳性率为20.00%,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论上睑睫毛毛囊蠕形螨检出率高于下睑,而睑缘中央、内侧及外侧检出率无统计学差异,应首选上睑睫毛进行毛囊蠕形螨检查。Objective To study the detection of Demodex folliculorum in eyelash roots at different eyelid margins.Methods A total of 340 firefighters newly recruited in Fujian Province in January 2020 were randomly divided into three groups:the medial group(n=108),the central group(n=115)and the lateral group(n=117).Three eyelashes of eath upper and lower eyelid of the left eye were epilated,and a total of 6 eyelashes were collected from every subject.Demodex folliculorum were counted under the optical microscope.The presence of Demodex folliculorum of any stage in any of the 6 eyelashes was recorded positive.Chi-square test was used to analyze the data.Results Among the 340 subjects,51 were positive for Demodex folliculorum,with an detection rate of 15.00%.The positive rate of upper eyelid and lower eyelid was 70.59%(36/51)and 33.33%(17/51),respectively.The positive rate of upper eyelid was higher than that of lower eyelid,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 108 subjects in the medial group,16 were positive,with a positive rate of 14.81%.Among the 117 subjects in the lateral group,12(10.26%)were positive.The positive rate was the highest in the central group,and 23 of the 115 subjects were positive,with a positive rate of 20.00%,but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The detection rate of Demodex folliculorum in upper eyelid eyelashes was higher than that in lower eyelid,while there was no statistical difference in the detection rates among the central,medial and lateral eyelid margins.Therefore,the upper eyelid eyelashes should be the first choice for Demodex folliculorum examination.
