摘　　要：基于成果导向教学理念,商务人力资源管理英汉双语课程教学构建“三位一体”教学目标,落实立德树人根本任务,将课程思政融入教学内容体系、教学管理过程、教学评价环节,通过价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养,实现学生知识、能力、语言的有机融合。既培养中国情怀,又具有国际视野,为今后在国际环境下从事国际商务与物流管理活动过程中适应国际化人力资源管理对接打下良好基础。Based on the concept of outcome-based education,it is to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating higher vocational college students by virtue through the construction of the trinity teaching objective of the English-Chinese bilingual course of business human resource management.Through the cultivation of value shaping knowledge imparting ability,the organic integration of students’knowledge,ability and language can be realized after the integration of course ideology and politics into teaching content system,classroom management process,and performance evaluation.It not only cultivates students’Chinese feelings,but also has international vision,which helps students to lay a good foundation for the future in the international environment engagement in international business and logistics management activities in the process of adapting to the international human resource management.
