摘 要:随着我国空中交通业务总量的逐年攀升和碳交易市场的开放,同时兼顾运行安全和节能减排成为民航相关单位关注的焦点,而优化飞行高度层分配策略是一种有效措施,可通过合理的高度层分配,使得空域内总的碳排放量最小,同时减少管制员的工作负荷。以某空域内的两条交叉航路为分析对象,建立基于4D航迹的高度层分配和战术冲突解脱模型,将分类及编组航班指派到不同高度层,利用匈牙利解法求解,采用控制过点时刻的方法来实现冲突解脱。经过算例分析,表明策略能有效降低航班总的燃油消耗,并可提高空中交通的安全性和有序性。Along with our country′s air traffic volume rising year by year and the carbon trading market and opening up,both the running safety and energy conservation and emissions reduction has become the focus of the civil aviation related units,and optimize the flight level allocation strategy is a kind of effective measures,through the allocation of a reasonable level,make the minimum total carbon emissions,operating at the same time reduce the controller′s workload.In this paper,two crossing routes in a certain airspace are taken as the analysis object,and a 4-D flight path based model of altitude level allocation and tactical conflict resolution is established.The classification and grouping flights are assigned to different altitude levels.The Hungarian solution is used to solve the assignment problem,and the conflict resolution is realized by controlling the crossing point time.The results show that this strategy can effectively reduce the total fuel consumption of flights,has certain economic practicability,and can improve the safety and orderliness of air traffic.
