摘 要:针对螺旋桨飞机远场气动噪声的数值计算、对比验证问题,采用CFD耦合FW H声比拟方法,设计开发了一套螺旋桨飞机远场气动噪声精细化预测程序WiseFWH,选取某螺旋桨带动力翼身组合体巡航构型,对其远场气动噪声的频域特性和总声压级指向性分布进行数值仿真。研究结果表明:螺旋桨高速旋转产生的非定常流场脉动是螺旋桨飞机最主要的噪声源;螺旋桨飞机远场噪声辐射具有典型的偶极子特征;脱体涡模拟Des和WiseFWH程序在计算远场气动噪声时具有良好的准确度,计算的声压级分布与实验基本吻合。程序为螺旋桨飞机远场气动噪声预测提供了一种有效数值模拟工具。Aiming at the numerical calculation,comparison and verification of the far field aerodynamic noise of a propeller aircraft,a set of refined prediction programs for far field aerodynamic noise of propeller aircraft is designed and developed using the CFD coupled FW H acoustic comparison method.Numerical simulation of the frequency domain characteristics of the far field aerodynamic noise and the directivity distribution of the total sound pressure level is carried out for the cruise configuration of the body combination.The research results show that the unsteady flow field pulsation generated by the high speed rotation of the propeller is the main noise source of the propeller aircraft.The far field noise radiation of the propeller aircraft has typical dipole characteristics.Discrete eddy simulation Des and WiseFWH programs have good accuracy in calculating far field aerodynamic noise.The calculated sound pressure level distribution is basically consistent with the experiment.This program provides an effective numerical simulation tool for far field aerodynamic noise prediction of propeller aircraft.
