摘 要:为了提升对气象影响下终端区运行场景的认知理解,支撑基于场景的终端区预战术辅助决策及管制新模式的建立,提出了一种基于多元特征的终端区运行场景分类分析方法。针对终端区场景描述与分类需求,构建由终端区气象、交通、流量策略三个领域构成的多元特征,通过多源异构数据的预处理进而建立了终端区场景量化指标集,并选取模糊C均值聚类(FCM)实现基于多元特征的终端区相似场景聚类分类识别和标记;建立了终端区天气指数(ATMAP)算法与聚类划分结果的关联性分析,研究了典型场景实例下的气象影响、各性能领域关键指标的变化规律与分布特征。实例表明,聚类分析方法有效识别出了终端区3种运行场景,气象量化指数以及所选多元特征可以较好地反映气象影响下的终端区运行状况。In order to improve the cognitive understanding of terminal area operation scenarios under the influence of meteorology and to support the establishment of a new model of scenario based terminal area pre tactical aid decision making and control,this paper proposes a multi feature based terminal area operation scenario classification and analysis method.To meet the requirements of terminal area scene description and classification,multivariate features consisting of three domains of terminal area meteorology,traffic operation and traffic strategy are constructed,and a set of terminal area scene quantitative indicators is established by pre processing multi source heterogeneous data,and fuzzy C mean clustering(FCM)is selected to achieve the identification and labelling of terminal area similar scene clustering based on multivariate features.After that,a terminal area weather index(ATMAP)algorithm and the correlation analysis of the clustering classification results,and studied the meteorological impact,the change pattern and distribution characteristics of key indicators in each performance area under typical scenario examples.The examples show that the clustering analysis method effectively identifies three operating scenarios in the terminal area,and that the weather quantified index and the selected multivariate features can better reflect the operating conditions of the terminal area under the influence of weather.
