摘　　要：近来新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)引起了全国乃至全球的高度重视,国家卫生与健康委员会已将其纳入乙类传染病且按甲类传染病管理。作者通过阅览文献发现,张仲景的六经辨证体系适用于COVID-19,按照六经辨治角度对COVID-19症状进行梳理分析。并且还根据目前网络上国家及各省、自治区和直辖市的卫生与健康委员会、中医药管理局发文,汇总了全国25省市发布的“新冠肺炎中医药防治方案”,体现出仲景方在COVID-19中的重要作用。分析火神山医院27例新冠肺炎危重症死亡病例死亡时辰与六经欲解时关系,并附上火神山医院临床诊治医案一则,彰显《伤寒杂病论》价值,为一线临床医生、执业中医师及伤寒论教学提供参考。Recently,corona virus disease(COVID-19)has attracted great attention from the whole country and the world.The National Health Commission of China has presented COVID-19 as class B infectious disease,but managed it as class A infectious disease.We have found that ZHANG Zhongjing’s differentiation of six merdians is suitable for COVID-19 through reading papers,and then we sorted and analyzed the COVID-19 symptoms from the perspective of differentiation of six merdians.In addition,we also summarized the 25 provinces“Chinese Medicine Prevention and Treatment Plan of COVID-19”,which shows the important role of formula of ZHONG Zhongjing in COVID-19.At last,we analyzed the relationship between the time of death of 27 critically ill death COVID-19 cases in Huoshenshan hospital and the time when the six merdians to be resolved.Finally,a clinical diagnosis and TCM treatment case of Huoshenshan hospital in attachment.This paper highlighting the value of“Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases”,and provide a new perspective for first-line clinicians and students of TCM.
