摘　　要：为针刺治疗中风后抑郁提供更多的参考依据,对近年来针刺治疗中风后抑郁的研究成果及作用机制进行整理归纳。发现针刺治疗中风后抑郁主要通过多个机制起作用,其中包括促进神经递质及受体释放以及受体后信号转导,抑制炎症反应、促进神经功能修复,改善神经缺损,抑制HAP轴,缩短脑电图P3电位潜伏期、增高波幅等。并指出相关研究所存在的问题及缺陷,为临床试验的进一步开展提供思路。As the acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression to provide more reference,in recent years the research achievements of acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression and the mechanism was summarized up.Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression mainly through multiple mechanisms,including promoting the neurotransmitter and receptor after release,and receptor signal transduction;Inhibiting the inflammatory response;Promote restoration of the nerve function,improve nerve defect;Inhibition of HAP axis;Shorten the incubation period electroencephalogram P3 potential,high amplitude,etc.And points out related problems and defects existing in the research institute,provide ideas for the further development of clinical trials.
