摘　　要：“承宣布化”是指大肠具受承胃之营气、助肺宣发、布散吸收津液、固化粪便的作用,其与大肠癌的发生发展关系密切。基于此理论,大肠癌分三阶段论治:大肠癌术后,正气虚耗,气机受阻,影响大肠“承”“宣”功能,治疗当顺应大肠“以通为用”之性,以调气为先,宣肺顺肠;放化疗阶段,体内气血亏虚,耗伤胃阴,津液损耗,大肠“布”之功能受损,当养胃阴,调津液,增强胃肠动力;晚期正气不足,癌邪滞留肠内,脾肾两虚,当扶正解毒,温肾健脾利湿,固化大肠。Cheng Xuan Bu Hua refers to the four functions of the large intestine in receiving nutrient qi from the stomach,helping lung qi to ventilate,dispersing and absorbing body fluids,and solidifying feces.The four functions are closely related to the occurrence and development of large intestine cancer.Based on this theory,a three-stage treatment of large intestine cancer is proposed in this paper.After a surgery,the vital qi is depleted and the qi movement is blocked,which affects the functions of the large intestine in receiving nutrient qi and helping lung qi to ventilate.In this stage,its treatment should focus on clearing the large intestine by regulating qi to ventilate lung qi and smooth the intestines.While in the stage of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with qi and blood getting deficient in the body,the stomach yin and the body fluids being consumed,the function of the large intestine in spreading body fluids is impaired.Consequently,it should be treated by nourishing stomach yin,regulating body fluids and enhancing gastrointestinal motility.In the late stage of the illness,the vital qi gets insufficient,causing the cancer pathogens to stay in the intestines and the deficiency in both the spleen and kidneys.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the body and to remove the toxins,warm the kidneys,strengthen the spleen and promote diuresis,and solidify the large intestines.
