摘　　要：通过对《伤寒论》中狂证相关条文以及相关方药的研究,本文以《伤寒论》狂证的病因痰、瘀进行探究,探讨狂证的病因、病机、病位,并分析狂证三方的作用机理。现今社会精神类疾病多发,由于生活环境、生活习惯以及情志等因素,精神疾病患者多为痰、瘀体质,且后世医家对于狂证的论述和治疗经验多来源于仲景治狂之法,因此关于《伤寒论》中狂证的现代临床应用探讨对精神类疾病的治疗具有重要意义。Through a study of the related provisions,prescriptions and medications in Shanghan Lun,based on its discussions on phlegm and blood stasis as the causes of manic psychosis,this paper mainly explores the etiology,pathogenesis and disease location of the disease,and analyzes the mechanisms of three prescriptions for its treatment.Nowadays,the number of patients with mental diseases is rising,and they are mostly characterized by the phlegm or blood stasis constitution,owing to factors such as living environment,living habits and mental states.Besides,doctors in the later dynasties usually discusses manic psychosis by referring to experience in Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun.Therefore,a discussion on theories in the classic work is of great significance to the treatment of mental diseases in modern clinical practice.
