摘　　要：目的观察芎芷地龙汤联合局部电针刺激疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选择74例偏头痛患者按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组进行常规药物西比灵预防性治疗,观察组以芎芷地龙汤联合局部电针刺激疗法为主。比较2组临床疗效、疼痛情况及中医证候评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,疼痛持续时间短于对照组,疼痛发作频率低于对照组,观察组的各证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用芎芷地龙汤联合局部电针刺激疗法治疗偏头痛疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiongzhi Dilong Decoction combined with the local electroacupuncture stimulation in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of 74 patients with migraine were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received a routine preventive treatment with sibeline,while the observation group was mainly treated with Xiongzhi Dilong Decoction combined with a local electroacupuncture stimulation therapy.The clinical efficacy,pain and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group was better in the clinical efficacy(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score was lower,the duration of pain was shorter,the frequency of pain attack was lower,and the scores of all the syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiongzhi Dilong Decoction combined with the local electroacupuncture stimulation therapy is effective in the treatment of migraine.
