摘　　要：目的观察桑桂双枝方湿敷配合蜡疗治疗中风后肩手综合征临床疗效。方法选择200例中风后肩手综合征患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组采用康复疗法,观察组采用桑桂双枝方湿敷加蜡疗,2组均每日治疗1次,同时进行常规康复训练及健康教育,连续治疗14 d后比较2组临床疗效及相关检测指标。结果观察组关节活动度(ROM)、上肢运动功能评测(FMA)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)等均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率(95.0%,95/100)高于对照组(87.0%,87/100)(P<0.05)。结论桑桂双枝方湿敷配合蜡疗治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Sanggui Shuangzhi Fang wet compress combined with the wax therapy in the treatment of the post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods A total of 200 patients with the post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by the double-blind method.The control group was treated with a rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was treated with the Sanggui Shuangzhi Fang wet compress and the wax therapy.Both groups were treated once a day,and a routine rehabilitation training and a health education were conducted at the same time.After 14 days of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy and related test indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The range of motion(ROM)of joints,scores of the upper limbs’Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.0%,95/100)was higher than that in the control group(87.0%,87/100)(P<0.05).Conclusion The Sanggui Shuangzhi Fang wet compress combined with the wax therapy is effective in the treatment of the post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
