Objective To observe the effect of using de-escalation thinking in emergency medicine teaching of resident standardized training(residential training). Methods 84 resident trainees in the Department of Emergency Medicine of the hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study objects. The random method was divided into a research group(traditional teaching+de-escalating thinking teaching method)and a control group(traditional teaching method)with 42 resident trainees in each group, and the teaching effects were compared between two groups. Results The research group scored(87.67±2.59)points in the skill assessment and(89.01±3.07)points in the scenario simulation assessment, and the teaching satisfaction was 97.62%,all were better than the control group(82.46±3.11)points,(81.71±3.24)points,71.43%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of de-escalating thinking has certain application value in the teaching of emergency medicine residency training.
