摘  要:目的针对PDCA模式应用在整形外科学生带教中对教学问题改善产生的影响进行分析。方法该研究选取2019年1月—2020年1月60名整形外科临床实习生作为研究对象,应用随机抽签的方式将临床实习生进行分组,每组30名,参考组采用常规带教、分析组采用PDCA模式带教,观察两组带教效果。结果与参考组实习生出科成绩相比,分析组操作技能、理论知识评分结果均显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与参考组实习生综合能力相比,分析组人文关怀思维、团队协作能力、自主学习能力、医患沟通能力评分结果均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与参考组实习生带教满意度相比,分析组显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与参考组带教质量相比,分析组带教方法、带教态度、带教效果以及带教内容评分结果明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对整形外科学生实施临床带教的过程中,通过采用PDCA模式能够将现有教学问题良好改善,其应用价值突出,适合推广普及。Objective To analyze the impact of PDCA model application on the improvement of teaching problems in the teaching of plastic surgery students.Methods 60 plastic surgery clinical interns from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected in the study.The clinical interns were divided into 30 groups by random lot.The reference group adopted routine teaching and the analysis group adopted PDCA mode teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the grades of interns in the reference group,the operation skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the analysis group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the comprehensive ability of the interns in the reference group,the scores of humanistic caring thinking,teamwork ability,autonomous learning ability and doctor-patient communication ability in the analysis group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the teaching satisfaction of the interns in the reference group,the analysis group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the teaching quality of the reference group,the teaching method,teaching attitude,teaching effect and teaching content score of the analysis group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical teaching for plastic surgery students,the use of PDCA model can improve the existing teaching problems,and its application value is outstanding,suitable for popularization.
