酒石酸西尼必利片与降逆胃舒汤在幽门螺杆菌致萎缩性胃炎中的应用及对GAS、MTL、GSH-Px、PGE2的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨酒石酸西尼必利片与降逆胃舒汤在幽门螺杆菌致萎缩性胃炎中的应用及对胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、前列腺E2(PGE2)的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2021年9月该院收治的120例萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,采用降逆胃舒汤治疗的60例患者为中药组,采用酒石酸西尼必利片治疗的60例患者为西药组,比较两组患者治疗前后胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、前列腺E2(PGE2)等血浆指标、治疗后胃排空量、胃酸分泌量、Hp清除率等临床指标、治疗前后免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等免疫指标水平及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果西药组治疗后的GAS、MTL低于中药组,GSH-Px、PGE2高于中药组,其治疗后的Hp清除率高于中药组,不良反应发生率16.67%(10/60)高于中药组5.00%(3/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药组治疗后胃排空量、胃酸分泌量、IgM、C3、CRP与中药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酒石酸西尼必利片与降逆胃舒汤均可用于治疗Hp感染所致的萎缩性胃炎,酒石酸西尼必利片在改善患者的GAS、MTL、GSH-Px、PGE2等指标方面效果更佳,降逆胃舒汤的药物不良反应更少,在临床实践中需结合患者情况合理用药。Objective To investigate the application of cinipride tartrate tablets and Jiangniweishu decoction in atrophic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori and its effect on gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)and glutathione levels.Oxidase(GSH-Px),prostate E2(PGE2).Methods A total of 120 patients with atrophic gastritis admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The 60 patients treated with Jiangniweishu Decoction were the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the 60 patients treated with cinipride tartrate tablets were the western medicine group.Plasma indexes such as gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),prostate E2(PGE2),gastric emptying volume after treatment,and gastric emptying Clinical indicators such as gastric acid secretion,Hp clearance rate,immunoglobulin M(IgM),complement C3,C-reactive protein(CRP)and other immune indicators before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The GAS and MTL of the western medicine group after treatment were lower than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group,GSH-Px and PGE2 were higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the Hp clearance rate after treatment was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(10/60)was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group by 5.00%(3/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in gastric emptying,gastric acid secretion,IgM,C3 and CRP between the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Both cinipride tartrate tablets and Jiangniweishu decoction can be used to treat atrophic gastritis caused by Hp infection.Cinipride tartrate tablets are more effective in improving the patients'GAS,MTL,GS
