摘　　要：结合林产品绿色供应链战略联盟特点,构建了财务状况、客户服务、内部流程、绿色环保水平等四个维度的林产品绿色供应链战略联盟绩效评价指标体系;采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,对林产品绿色供应链战略联盟绩效进行实证分析,为林产品绿色供应链战略联盟构建和优化提供参考依据,有利于促进我国林产品供应链的绿色发展,加快林业行业供应链绿色化进程,从而加快林业产业转型升级。In this paper,in connection with the characteristics of the forest product green supply chain strategic alliance,we established a performance evaluation index system of forest product green supply chain strategic alliance with four dimensions,including financial status,customer service,internal process,and green environmental protection level.Next,using the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we empirically analyzed the performance of the forest product green supply chain strategic alliance,providing reference for the construction and optimization of the strategic alliance and helping accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the forestry industry.
