摘 要:伴随着大数据及信息化技术的高速发展,在国家安全、国防军工、高性能计算等领域通过固态硬盘(Solid State Disk,SSD)存储涉密信息已较为普遍,除了研究数据本身存储的安全性,数据销毁技术也成为信息安全领域的重要研究方向。通过研究固态存储设备数据销毁技术,对板载SSD数据销毁的应用场景提出了一种基于计数器控制的硬销毁方案。重点阐述了数据销毁的硬件电路及软件流程设计,并通过实验证明销毁电路可有效对存储数据进行销毁,提高了板载存储数据的安全性和可靠性,为后续板载数据销毁技术的研究提供参考。With the rapid development of big data and information technology,it is more common to store secret information through solid state disk(SSD)in national security,defense military industry,high performance computing and other fields.In addition to studying the security of data storage,data destruction technology has become an important research direction in the field of information security.By studying the data destruction technology of solid-state storage equipment,a hardware destruction scheme based on counter control is proposed for the application scenario of on-board SSD data destruction,and the hardware circuit and software flow design of data destruction are mainly elaborated.The experiment verifies that the destruction circuit can effectively destroy the stored data,improve the safety and reliability of on-board stored data,and provide reference for the subsequent research on on-board data destruction technology.
