细粉滚筒筛在淀粉质原料预处理中的应用

摘　　要：细粉滚筒筛在淀粉质原料(如木薯、玉米、水稻、小麦等)预处理生产中(酒精生产)多次筛分试验,细粉滚筒筛分离细粉20 t/h,筛上物为粉碎后细粉中大颗粒木质纤维、颗粒木薯及长20 mm以上的编织物分离出来,分离量约为10 kg/h;按此计算,每天可分离954 kg;筛下物为合格细粉20目筛通过率96%以上,工艺上达到较好的水平。The fine powder roller screen is used for multiple screening tests in the pretreatment production(alcohol production) of starchy raw materials(such as cassava,corn,rice,wheat,etc.),Tumbler screen separates fine powder 20t/h,The sieve is separated from large particles of wood fiber,particle cassava and woven fabrics with a length of more than 20mm in the fine powder after pulverization.Separation capacity is about 10kg/h;According to this calculation,954kg can be separated per day,The under sieve is qualified fine powder,the pass rate of 20mesh sieve is above 96%,Reach a better level in technology.
