摘  要:采用五轴联动数控加工制备了具有微沟槽结构表面的铜基样品,利用池沸腾实验研究了微沟槽结构对沸腾传热和气泡产生、长大、脱离的影响。结果表明,具有微沟槽结构表面的样品沸腾换热性能明显优于具有光滑表面的样品;随着样品沟槽宽度的减小,临界热通量及换热系数均不断增大,换热性能明显提升。The copper-based samples with micro-groove structure surface were prepared by five-axis CNC machining,and the effect of micro-groove structure on boiling heat transfer and bubble generation,growth and detachment was investigated via pool boiling experiments.The results show that the boiling heat transfer performance of the sample with micro-groove structure surface is significantly better than that of the sample with smooth surface.With the decrease of the sample groove width,the critical heat flux and heat transfer coefficient increase and the heat transfer performance is improved obviously.
