摘 要:基于修正的Archard磨损模型,将正交试验设计方法与数值模拟相结合,对径向热锻过程中锻锤磨损的影响因素进行敏感性分析,讨论了主要影响因素与锻锤磨损行为之间的关系,分析了锻锤工作面磨损深度的分布规律,并通过构建锻锤累计磨损量与锻造次数的关系,对锻锤的使用寿命进行预测。结果表明,径向压下率和摩擦系数是影响锻锤磨损的主要工艺因素,最优热锻工艺参数组合为:锻锤预热温度500℃、锻造速度400 mm/s、压下率4%、摩擦系数0.4;锻锤严重磨损区域位于成型区,呈条状分布,其中成型区入口处磨损最为严重;基于25次锻造后获得的锻锤累计磨损量与锻造次数的拟合关系,预测得到该锻锤的最大许用次数为488731次。Based on the modified Archard wear model,the orthogonal test and numerical simulation were combined to conduct a sensitivity analysis on the influencing factors of forging hammer wear during radial hot forging process,and the relationship between main influencing factors and forging hammer wear behavior was investigated,the wear distribution of the forging hammer surface was analyzed,and the service life of the forging hammer is predicted by constructing the relationship between the cumulative wear of the forging hammer and forging times.The results show that reduction rate and friction coefficient have significant impact on the wear of forging hammer,and a set of optimal forging process parameters are obtained,namely,forging hammer preheating temperature at 500℃,forging speed at 400 mm/s,reduction rate at 4%and friction coefficient at 0.4.The severely worn position on the forging hammer surface is located in the forming zone,which is distributed in stripe,and the most serious worn area is at the entrance of the forming area.Based on the fitting relationship between the cumulative wear of forging hammer and the number of forgings obtained after 25 cycles,it is predicted that the maximum use number of the forging hammer is 488731.
