摘 要:采用发动机台架试验与仿真分析相结合的方法,分析某国六柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)再生时挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的排放特性及其影响因素。结果表明,DPF再生阶段尾气中VOCs毒性成分排放量大幅升高;DPF再生阶段VOCs毒性成分排放的影响因子按影响程度从高到低依次排序为:废气温度、废气流量、再生喷油量、氧化型催化转化器(DOC)孔密度、DOC长度、DOC直径,其中,废气温度、再生喷油量分别对醛类和苯系物的排放影响较大;在制定DPF再生策略时,应充分考虑废气温度以及废气流量对尾气中VOCs毒性成分排放的影响,并依照无组织排放源中VOCs毒性成分的限值对再生喷油量进行限制。The emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and their influencing factors during the regeneration of a National VI diesel engine with a particle trap(DPF)were analyzed by a combination of engine bench test and simulation analysis.The results show that the toxic components of VOCs in the exhaust gas of DPF regeneration stage increase significantly.The factors influencing the emission of toxic components of VOCs in the DPF regeneration stage are:exhaust gas temperature,exhaust gas flow rate,regeneration oil injection volume,DOC pore density,DOC length and DOC diameter,in descending order of influence,among which,the exhaust gas temperature and regeneration injection volume have a greater influence on the emission of aldehydes and benzene,respectively.The effects of exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas flow rate on the toxic components of VOCs in the exhaust gas should be fully considered when formulating the regeneration strategy of DPF,and the regenerative oil injection volume should be limited in accordance with the limits of VOCs in unorganized emission sources.
