肿瘤内科低年资护士对临终患者死亡事件体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨肿瘤内科低年资护士面对临终患者死亡事件的内心体验,为临床干预提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样法选取肿瘤内科11名低年资护士进行面对面半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学研究方法对访谈的资料进行整理和分析。结果 提炼出四个主题:负面情绪体验;死亡观念的转变;自身内在支持系统不足;外部支持系统需求。结论 应关注肿瘤内科低年资护士在护理临终患者时的负面情绪、死亡观念和支持体系等,积极开展死亡教育和临终关怀服务,建立有效的支持体系,使低年资护士能积极应对患者死亡事件,减少心理压力。Objective To explore the inner experience of junior nurses in oncology department facing the death of dying patients,and to provide basis for clinical intervention.Methods A total of 11 junior nurses in oncology department were selected by objective sampling method for face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interview.The interview data were sorted and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological research method.Results Four topics were extracted:negative emotional experience;the change of death concept;insufficient internal support;external support system requirements.Conclusion we should pay attention to the negative emotions,death concept and support system of junior nurses in oncology department when providing care for dying patients,actively carry out death education and hospice care services,and establish an effective support system,so that junior nurses can actively deal with the death events of patients and reduce psychological pressure.
