摘　　要：在万众创新、大众创业的背景下,应用型本科院校该如何深化教育改革,提升创新创业人才培养质量,为国家经济建设增添创新驱动是其亟需解决的一个重要问题。应用型本科院校创新创业教育管理体系在组织保障上存在多头负责,教学系教育主体作用被淡化的问题;在课程内容上存在实操性较为欠缺的问题;在实践实训上存在受众覆盖面较狭窄,孵化平台推广不到位等问题。采用积极完善创新创业教育体系组织保障、促进创新创业课程教学实践“转向”以及拓宽创新创业实践育人路径等对策,有利于优化应用型本科院校创新创业教育管理体系,为助力我国经济高质量发展提供持续人才动力。How to deepen educational reforms to improve the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and to add innovation drive to the national economic construction is an important issue that applicationoriented universities urgently need to solve under the background of mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship.The management system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities has the problems of multiple persons liable in the organization and guarantee,and the main role of teaching departments as the education body is weakened.And the content of the curriculum lack practicality.These are the typical problems need to be handle.Countermeasures such as actively improving the organizational guarantee of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,strengthening the teaching practice of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,and broadening the path of innovation and entrepreneurship practice education should be adopted,and they are conducive to optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education management system of application-oriented universities and constantly providing talents for the high-quality development of China’s economy.
