摘　　要：立德树人视阈下,思政工作与学生党建工作都是高职院校的重点工作内容,两者对学生的培养存在着一定的共性。通过剖析学生党建与思政工作之间存在的问题,分析两者协同创新的意义,旨在探寻一条促进学生党建与思政工作良性互动与创新的路径,更好地发挥党建育人成效。Under the perspective of morality education,ideological and political work and the Party construction among the students are the main work in the higher vocational institutes,both of which are of certain generality in the cultivation of the students.Through anatomizing the problems between the Party construction among the students and ideological and political work and analyzing the significance of coordinative innovation between them,this paper aims at finding a way to promote the positive interaction between the Party construction among the students and the ideological and political work,better bringing about the effect of the Party construction and cultivation of the talents.
