摘　　要：探索疫情期间单次网络易术心理剧团体辅导的运用及效果,帮助护生组长更好地应对疫情带来的各种挑战,保证实习顺利进行。借助网络平台,聚焦护生组长心理困扰问题,开展易术心理剧技术的团体心理辅导,采用质性研究方法,评价辅导效果。当场评价和跟踪观察效果满意,护生组长表现出很好的自发性和创造力,认知得到调整,有信心带领团队成员应对疫情、顺利完成实习任务。在疫情特殊时期采用网络团体心理辅导效果显著,在疫后常态化防控形势下可以作为补充手段,为护生解决心理困扰、提升社会适应性、促进身心健康发挥积极作用。This research aims to explore the application and effect of one-time online YiShu psychodrama group counseling.The goals also includes helping the leaders of nursing school students better cope with the challenges during the epidemic and successfully complete their imminent internship.The online platform and qualitative research method is adopted to evaluate the effect.The results of immediate and following assessments were satisfying.Students obtained cognitive adjustment and showed good spontaneity and creativity.They confidently took the responsibility to guide other students to deal with the epidemic and successfully complete the internship tasks.Online YiShu group psychological counseling is of a significant effect in reducing stress,improving social adaptability and promoting physical and mental health in the post-epidemic era of regular prevention and control.
