摘　　要：地方民族高校图书馆是学校的文献信息资源中心,是为人才培养和科学研究服务的学术性机构。它除了完成为本校教学科研服务的职能外,还有积极参与各种资源共建共享,发挥信息资源优势和专业服务优势为社会服务的职能。地方民族高校图书馆服务乡村振兴战略,既是普通高校图书馆规程的要求,也是地方高校图书馆自身发展的需要。文献信息资源与乡村振兴战略中所需文献信息的深度融合,有助于为农村进步、农业升级和农民发展贡献应有力量。地方民族高校图书馆由于有较丰富的馆藏优势、较强的专业人才优势和先进的服务理念,要着力在资源共享、资源整合、人员激励和辐射带动方面推动建立服务“三农”的长效机制,在推动乡村振兴的同时,推动地方民族高校图书馆的高质量发展。Local ethnic universities’ libraries are literature and information resource center and an academic institution serving for personnel training and scientific research. It not only serves the teaching and scientific research, but also actively participates in the co-construction and sharing various resources, giving play to its advantages of information resources and professional services. The rural revitalization strategies served by the local ethnic universities libraries are not only the general requirements of university libraries, but also the needs of the development of the libraries itself. Through the deep integration of document information resources needed in the rural revitalization, it is helpful to contribute to the rural progress, agricultural upgrading and farmers’ development.Those libraries with rich collection, professional talents and advanced service concept focus on the resource sharing, resource integration, staff incentive and radiation driven aspects promote the establishment of long-term service mechanism of agriculture, the countryside and farmers', at the same time of promoting rural revitalizationand high-quality development of ethnic university libraries.
