在线问诊信息用户采纳意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]为揭示用户采纳在线问诊信息意愿的影响因素,对在线医疗平台的运营管理提供具体可行的建议。[方法/过程]本文通过扎根理论得到影响用户问诊信息采纳意愿的关键要素,结合信息采纳模型构建用户采纳意愿影响因素理论模型。最后通过调查问卷收集数据,对模型进行路径分析、假设检验。[结果/结论]研究发现,平台易用性、医生专业性、服务态度、信息内容质量和信息表达质量会通过感知有用性对采纳意愿产生正向影响,其中信息内容质量对用户采纳意愿的影响最大;健康素养负向调节医生专业性与感知有用性之间的关系,在信息内容质量与感知有用性之间起正向调节作用。[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of users intention to adopt consultation records in online medical platform.[Method/Process]Firstly,the study reviewed the related research in the field of online medical platform information adoption.Secondly,the key factors that affect the user s adoption intention of medical consultation information were extracted by grounded theory.Based on the information adoption model and information ecology theory,the theoretical model was constructed with coding results.Finally,the path analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted on the model with the data from questionnaires.[Result/Conclusion]According to the results,Information adoption intention is positively associated with perceived ease of use,doctors professionalism,service attitude,information content quality and information expression quality.This effect is exerted through perceived usefulness.Moreover,health literacy strengthens the relationship between information content quality and information adoption intention but negatively moderates doctors professionalism on perceived usefulness.
