浅谈海外汽车企业质量管理体系的创建

摘　　要：质量是企业生存和发展的基石。本文简要介绍了海外汽车企业质量管理体系的相关标准,并对质量管理体系的符合性、系统性及有效性进行了考量。结合海外情况及管理体制的特点,从前期建设准备、认证企业的选择、质量手册的编写以及审核等方面阐述了海外汽车企业质量管理体系的建设要领;分析了质量管理体系建设过程中可能带来的风险,并采取有效措施对风险项进行管控。同时对国内汽车企业到海外建厂过程中的质量管理体系建设提出了一些建议,为海外企业建立健全质量管理体系提供参考。Quality is the cornerstone of the survival and development of enterprises.The relevant standards of the quality management system of overseas automobile enterprises were introduced,and the conformity,systematicness and effectiveness of the quality management system were considered.Combined with the overseas situation and the characteristics of management system,the construction essentials of quality management system of overseas automobile enterprises were expounded from the aspects of preliminary construction preparation,selection of certification enterprises,compilation and audit of quality manual.The possible risks in the construction of quality management system were analyzed,and effective measures were taken to control the risk items.At the same time,it was put forward some suggestions on the construction of quality management system in the process of building factories overseas for domestic automobile enterprises,so as to provide reference for overseas enterprises to establish and improve quality management system.
