摘　　要：血浊为血液生成通路上清浊相干形成的病理产物,具有易犯清窍,侵及脑神的致病特点。脑窍涵髓,凭借精气血津液的升降出入运动化生神机,以司感觉、思维、意识、情感等精神活动,以清灵通畅为用。脑窍疾病体现在精神神志等脑功能层面的异常,其物质基础为与精神相关的器官组织。中风先兆的发生与血浊有着密切的关系。血之浊邪扰乱脑窍蕴神所需精微物质清纯之性,或变生它邪而生阻,或耗伤精微物质而致虚,或升降出入逆乱,神机化生通路受损,窍阻则神昏,窍闭则神匿,窍虚则神衰,发为舌僵、头痛、头晕等各种中风先兆症状。Blood turbidity is the pathological product of the coherent formation of clear and turbid on the blood generation pathway,which is easy to invade the orifices and brain.The brain orifices contain marrow,with the rise and fall of essence,qi,blood and body fluid in and out of the movement,turn into a divine machine,take charge of spiritual activities such as feeling,thinking,consciousness and emotion,and use Qingling and unobstructed.Brain orifices diseases are manifested in the abnormalities of brain functions such as spirit and mind,and their material basis is the organs and tissues related to spirit.The occurrence of stroke aura is closely related to blood turbidity.The turbidity of blood disturbs the pure nature of the subtle substances needed for the brain orifice to accumulate the spirit,or changes into other evil and causes obstruction,or consumes subtle substances and causes deficiency,or goes up and down in reverse disorder,the pathway of divine mechanism is blocked,the obstruction of orifices leads to dizziness,the closure of orifices leads to mental concealment,and the deficiency of orifices leads to mental decline,which leads to various premonitory symptoms of stroke,such as tongue stiffness,headache,dizziness and so on.
