皮部浅刺平衡针法从肾论治卒中后顽固性呃逆验案举隅

摘　　要：卒中后顽固性呃逆是一种常见的神经危重症,西药、手术往往在效果或安全性上欠佳。文章报道通过中医辨证,从肾论治运用皮部浅刺平衡针法治愈延髓梗死后顽固性呃逆病例1则,效果持久,且不易复发。Intractable hiccup after stroke is a common neurologically critical illness.It always shows unsatisfactory result on efficacy and safety by using modern medicine and having operations to treat.This article shared the case of intractable hiccup after stroke with skin shallow thorn method,which is based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine and the idea of“treatment from the kidney”,has a long lasting effect and hard to relapse.
