摘 要:目的:分析急救医学情景仿真训练系统在高职护理学生急危重症护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2020年6月我院高职护理专业大二学生256名,分为两组,对照组采用常规教学模式,研究组采用急救医学情景仿真训练模式。比较两组教学考核成绩、病情记录评分、抢救流程评分及教学满意度。结果:研究组急危重症护理理论知识、实训操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组病情记录评分及抢救流程评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理专业高职学生急危重症护理教学中,急救医学情景仿真训练模式教学效果较好,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the application effect of emergency medicine scenario simulation training system in the teaching of acute critical care of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:A total of 256 second-year nursing students from February 2020 to June 2020 in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group used conventional teaching mode,and the research group used emergency medicine scenario simulation training mode.The teaching assessment results,completeness of observation records of illness,correct rate of rescue procedures,and teaching satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The emergency and critical care theory knowledge,performance in training operations,disease record score,rescue procedure score of study group’s were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The teaching effect of emergency medicine scenario simulation training mode is better and be worth of applying in nursing teaching of acute and critical care for higher vocational nursing students.
